Stickside Cornhole Shipping Policy

Effective Date: October 19, 2025

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

📦 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

• Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days (when available).

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

🌍 International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

🚚 Shipping Issues

Stickside is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, check with your carrier or neighbors first. We’ll help investigate but are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

📨 Address Errors & Returns

Double-check your address before ordering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
